Infinite Campus Parent Portal
Ben Franklin Academy is excited to provide you access to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Infinite Campus is the information system that Douglas County uses to store student data. Infinite Campus stores valuable student and family information such as enrollment information, student attendance and health/immunization records. In addition, Ben Franklin Academy parents will now be able to track fees and associated payments using the portal.

What if I have a Parent Portal login that I already use for my Middle or High School student?
Log on as usual. You will be able to see your Ben Franklin Academy student as well as your middle or high school student's information.
What if my e-mail address is missing or wrong?
Input your correct e-mail address directly in Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once you have done so, go to the parent portal link and click on “Problems Logging In?” Your username/password will be emailed to the new email address you input into IC.
What if my mailing address or phone numbers for my home, work or cell is incorrect?
Please update directly in Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Who do I contact at Ben Franklin Academy if my account is disabled or I need my password reset?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password or have been locked out of your account, please send a DCSD Parent Portal Password Reset request. For security purposes, your account will be disabled after 5 unsuccessful login attempts. Resetting of the account will only be arranged once this form is received. If you do not know your child's student ID, fill it in with your family ID#.
How do I request to access the parent portal?
Download a copy of the Parent Portal Access Form and submit to the front office with a copy of your driver's license. Note: All information will be sent to you via email.
