If you are interested in enrolling in Ben Franklin Academy's Preschool, please fill out the application below. Students will be admitted to Ben Franklin Academy Preschool on a first come first serve basis. 

Students enrolled in the Academy's Preschool do not constitute “currently enrolled students” for purposes of priority enrollment in the Academy’s K-7 program. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee, which must be received within 1 week of filling out your application. Please mail it to:

If you are enrolling your child in the 4/5 year old pre-kindergarten classroom, please see the day and time options below. At the end of your application you will be asked to list your preferences in order by letter.
