Board of Directors

Haley serves as President on the BFA Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Texas Tech University and is a Colorado licensed attorney. A strong believer in the power of volunteerism, Haley leads by example – dedicating many hours outside of her work on the Board in support of BFA students, staff, committees and families. 

Justin Mayhall serves as an at-large director on the BFA Board. He is a U.S. Navy veteran who served on active duty for five years and has lived in Colorado since 2010 with his wife, Lindsay. After his enlistment, he studied Biology at the University of Colorado Denver and currently works as the Director of Product Marketing for North American Technology Advisor, Net at Work. In the past, he has served on various non-profit boards nation-wide focusing on veteran education. Justin has two children who attend Ben Franklin Academy and has previously held a position as Co-Chair of Ben’s Brigade.

Trish Anderson is an at-large Director on the Ben Franklin Academy Board. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Communication. She continued her studies at Denver Seminary, where she earned her Masters Degree in Counseling. Trish has experience in professional counseling and school counseling, and currently works as a College Counselor, advising high school students on their college guidance process. Trish and her husband have four children at Ben Franklin Academy, and they can usually be found outside playing sports or doing various Colorado adventures.

Seth Glaze is an At-Large Director on the Ben Franklin Academy Board of Directors. He has lived in Colorado for more than 20 years and has spent his career working in technology, including roles with Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial ventures. Seth holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master of Theology from Gateway Seminary.

Seth and his wife, Becky, have two children who attend Ben Franklin Academy, and their family has been part of the BFA community since 2021. They chose BFA because of its strong academics, focus on character, and partnership with parents. Seth is committed to supporting BFA’s mission and school leadership while listening to the perspectives of parents, teachers, and students as the Board works to support the long-term health of the school.

Erin Wiley is an At-Large Director on the BFA Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Denver. Erin spent more than twelve years in product management within the telecommunications and cable industry, including leadership roles managing large-scale product lines and cross-functional teams. 

In addition to her professional experience, Erin has been actively involved in the BFA community through PTO leadership, fundraising, classroom support, and volunteer coaching.  This is her 6th year at BFA, and she has children in 3rd and 5th grade.  She is passionate about supporting BFA’s long-term growth, strong governance, and student centered mission.
