During this hybrid time, carpool runs shorter due to fewer cars. We ask that for morning carpool, please be on property by 8:10 a.m. Arriving by 8:10 will ensure your child(ren) will be in their seats at 8:15 a.m. We are closing all doors except for the main entrance at 8:10, the main doors shut at 8:12 a.m. Students arriving after the main doors have shut will likely be tardy. For the afternoon carpool, we ask that you are on property by 3:45 p.m. We have typically been finishing carpool by 3:50 p.m. After all-call, all remaining students go to BASE and parents will be charged accordingly.

We also ask for patience, especially in the morning. We have many new families, and sometimes it takes a little longer for our younger students to get all of their materials from the car. There is no need to honk or race around vehicles where students are still unloading. Also, it is very helpful in the morning for cars to pull all the way forward in the line. Please do not stop at the door where your child is to enter; fill in all available space.

Lastly, we recognize that it is hard to find volunteer opportunities this year due to the new restrictions. Carpool, both morning and afternoon, is a great way to get those hours in while also helping the school keep everyone safe. You do not need to sign-up ahead of time. For morning carpool, please arrive by 7:40 a.m., and for the afternoon carpool, please come by 3:15 p.m. We’d love to have a bunch of help every day. Special thanks to Ben’s Brigade–they have already been consistently volunteering in carpool this year.
