Thanks for your patience this week with the carpool software problems. A technician looked at our carpool system yesterday and could not determine the source of the problem; therefore our consultant will monitor the system in real time during carpool this afternoon, Jan. 14.
 
We are taking a few extra steps in the classroom to mitigate the problem and keep carpool moving, but it will most likely be slow again today. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work out these issues. We do value your time and are working hard to resolve the issue.
