K-5 Halloween Classroom Parties

K-5 Halloween Classroom Parties will take place on Friday, October 30, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. (with 15 minutes before and after the parties for set-up and clean-up).

• Each classroom party will have up to five volunteers (this includes the party lead and room parents).  In most classrooms, room parents have already selected volunteers, and we’ll share additional details directly via email.   

Volunteers, please stop by the Front Office prior to the party day to get your physical driver’s license scanned if you haven’t yet done so this year.
• While we love welcoming families into the school, we kindly ask that no additional siblings attend if you are volunteering in a classroom.
• After party clean-up, students will begin lining up for the BFA Halloween Parade at 2:15 pm.   The Halloween parade will start at approximately 2:30 pm starting outside the A Zone Doors and all parents are welcome to attend! See more info about the BFA Halloween Parade in this week’s newsletter. Volunteers may pick up their students through the PikMyKid App after the parade. Additional details about this process will be shared via email.
