Tomorrow is our time-honored tradition: the 8th Grade Clap Out! As we prepare to celebrate our outgoing 8th graders, we’d like to share a few important details with everyone to help make this day special:

• Lane Closure: The lane in front of the building (A Lane) will be blocked off from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.  You will still be able to park in both parking lots.
• Office Closure: The front office will be closed from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. During this time, we will not be able to check students or visitors in or out of the building.  Please arrive before or after these times.
• Parking Reminder for 8th Grade Families: If you’re attending the Clap Out, please park and gather at the main entrance of the building.  We kindly ask that you exit the parking lot by 2:30 p.m. so we can prepare for regular carpool.
• 8th Grade (and sibling) Dismissal Details: Siblings will be called to the front office with their belongings at 1:15 p.m. and will meet parents in the front.  Staff will be there to assist them.  8th graders (along with any siblings designated in PikMyKid) will be dismissed immediately after the Clap Out. No front office check-out required. See our previous email for information on how to delegate siblings for dismissal.
• Afternoon carpool will start at 3:30 p.m as normal.  Please plan to be on property by 3:45 p.m.
