BFA’s Online Directory – Opt-In ONLY by 9/4!
It’s time to update and add new families to the BFA directory!  BFA will once again be using
Directory Spot (an app-based directory available through the App Store and Google Play) for our online
school directory.  It’s an incredibly handy resource that contains families’ class roster(s) and contact
information (phone numbers and email addresses only, no home addresses). Once this year’s directory
is ready, you will receive an email from Directory Spot with your one-time password.
You must opt in to be included in the directory.  If you do not opt in, your child will not be listed in the
directory. If you would like to opt in to be included in the directory, please fill out this form by Friday,
September 4.

If you have recently moved or changed an email address or cell number, please update your
information in the Infinite Campus database AND email the school registrar.
If you take no action, your information will NOT be included in the BFA Directory.
If you have questions, please contact Vanessa Wilson, PTO Vice-President.

Rented the Spirit Rock? Friendly Reminder to Pay by September 1
If you’ve already reserved a date for the Spirit Rock, please be sure to pay for your reservation through
MySchoolBucks by September 1. All Spirit Rock reservations — no matter the month reserved —
must be paid by September 1. Any reservations not paid by that date will be removed and released
for other families to book. This helps prevent late cancellations and unpaid spots so families who truly
want a turn don’t miss out. Please note that no refunds will be issued once payment is made.
Want to rent the Rock?

Here’s how:
First, reserve the date you want by visiting the ‘Rent the Rock’ Sign Up Genius. Then, pay for your
reservation through MySchoolBucks. The rate to rent the Rock is $20 per day. All proceeds directly
benefit Ben Franklin Academy!
Have questions? Contact Jamie Kroese, Spirit Rock Committee Manager.
