6th Grade Outdoor Education provides a unique educational opportunity for our students.  Our students, chaperones and staff spend 3 days at 100 Elks Outdoor Ed Center.  They will experience the outdoors while hiking, team building activities and have memorable evenings gathered around the campfire and hiking under the stars.

Costs

6th Grade Outdoor Education typically costs around $200 – $350.  BFA has allocated funds for the 2024 Fall 6th Grade trip to reduce the cost for our students.  Price will be updated soon.

7th Grade Outdoor Education typically costs around $100 to $150.  BFA has allocated funds for the 2024 Fall 7th Grade trip to reduce to estimated cost to be under $100.  This cost is based on the number of students who attend.

The 8th Grade Washington DC trip offers a unique and wonderful opportunity for our 8th grade students.  They visit national landmarks, museums and multiple memorials during the trip.  
 
On September 12 at 6:30 p.m., Ms Simpson will host a Zoom Informational Meeting for the 8th Grade Washington DC Trip. This meeting is for new families or families who couldn’t attend last spring.  Families who are already registered for the trip do not need to attend.
