6th Grade Outdoor Education provides a unique educational opportunity for our students.  Our students, chaperones and staff spend 3 days at 100 Elks Outdoor Ed Center.  They will experience the outdoors while hiking, team building activities and have memorable evenings gathered around the campfire and hiking under the stars.

Save the Date:   October 6 – 8, 2024

Costs

6th Grade Outdoor Education historically costs around $200 – $350.  BFA has budgeted funds for the 2025 Fall 6th Grade trip to defray costs. Parents will be invoiced through MySchoolBucks.

Any unpaid Outdoor Education field trip invoices must be paid in full, in order for a student to register and travel for the next year’s overnight trips.

Not Attending?

If your student will not be attending ODE, please notify their teachers. Parents have the option to keep students home on those days, as our teachers will be away on the field trip. These days are an Excused Absence.
