Please ensure you and any delegates can log into Pikmykid today well before afternoon carpool begins. Pikmykid has an update that is requiring users to log in again with their user name and password, then give approval for using biometrics in the future. Since many people have not used their password to login for a while, the update has been causing a delay with afternoon carpool. With the cold temps and poor weather, we’d appreciate it if you could ensure you can login to your app prior to getting on campus. Thanks!
