All parents who accepted a first round BFA Open Enrollment offer from BFA should have received an email with the Enrollment Packet from BFA’s Director of Admissions and Records, Colleen Bobbin.

  • Due Date: Enrollment Packets must be submitted to Mrs. Bobbin no later than 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024.
  • Enrollment offers will be withdrawn if the Enrollment Packet is not submitted by this deadline and/or is incomplete.

Students who did not receive an offer during the first round will remain on the waitlist. As of Jan. 9, we’ll begin extending offers to “backfill” any declined offers from the first round.

  • EVERY OFFER EXTENDED from January until August 1 will ONLY go to the email you provided during Open Enrollment.
  • The reply deadline is usually 24-36 hours. 

DCSD’s Second Round of Open Enrollment opens January 22 at 8 a.m. This round is only for parents who did not complete the process during the first round.

Please note: Winter Break is Dec. 25 through Jan. 5; Mrs. Bobbin will not be available for questions during the break. When she returns to work on Monday, Jan. 8, she will begin the process of reviewing packets submitted by the deadline. She will follow up with parents in regard to the status of their child’s packet
