In April, the BFA community will elect (or re-elect) two (2) directors to serve on the seven-director Board, for a term of three years. The current Board of Directors will also appoint one (1) director, in accordance with the Board of Directors Election Policy.

Voting for the Seat 5, Class C and Seat 6, Class C directors will take place from Monday, April 10, until 11:59 p.m. (MST) on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Results of the election will be announced and the appointment will be made on Tuesday, April 18, at the regularly scheduled Board meeting.
